Today, we'll all learn about Captain Novolin, Rex Ronan: Experimental Surgeon, Packy and Marlon, and Bronkie the Bronchiasaurus, all released for the SNES in the mid 90s. As part of their story, we'll talk about the historical context in which they were created, discussing the 90s and the creation of the ESRB. We'll also briefly talk about how video games are used in medicine today by looking at the Therapeutic Gaming Department at C.S. Mott Children's Hospital. So join us as we see how gaming contributes to healing on today's trip down Memory Card Lane.
