We use Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV:  Turtles in Time (1992) as an excuse to talk everything Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Our discussion starts with the history of the Turtles themselves. We talk about the creation of the Turtles themselves, and laugh at all the other animal comic parodies. We continue by looking at all the Turtles video games of the late 80s and early 90s.
